City Mutual Home Loans was
established in 1999 by current director Greg Fisk as an alternative home loan service to that offered by banks
and brokers.
City Mutual Home Loans
provides a unique Home Loan service focused on identifying the customers’
current and future financial needs. From the application and establishment of the loan, to the ongoing management of the customers account, City Mutual
strives to achieve total customer satisfaction for the entire life of the loan.
The essence of creating
this long term relationship between the customer and City Mutual founded the
name, logo and what eventually became the image of City Mutual. What became our
mission statement was the definition of the term mutual:
City Mutual takes pride in
raising the bar on service standards in the finance industry, by providing a
completely customer oriented approach to home loan lending.
Customers are able to meet
our loan consultants at a time and a place to suit them. City Mutual has taken
initiatives to ensure this goes a step further, insuring that every customer has
the peace of mind knowing that their financial needs are being cared for by City
Mutual staff. All City Mutual staff have extensive backgrounds in finance and
customer service as well as a passion for their work. The City Mutual team

Greg J Fisk - Director
As the founder of City
Mutual, Greg ensures that the customer receives the best possible service
from the initial loan enquiry through to the ongoing management of the
account.
Greg has been involved
in the finance industry for in excess of 30 years. His experience and
knowledge in the mortgage industry is second to none, having established and
managed many large financial institutions including Australian Credit
Corporation and Advance Bank. |

Karen Monaghan -
Loan Consultant
Karen has experience
in all aspects of lending including home loans, leasing and commercial hire
purchase. Having worked in the finance industry for over 25 years, her
experience and knowledge includes the role of bank manager for Colonial
State Bank.
After being a loan consultant
for City Mutual for 10 years, Karen brings an exceptional standard of loan assessment and
credit analysis to City Mutual. Her long standing and reputable relationship
with the north-west area of Sydney has been an integral part of City Mutual’s
success.
Karen now heads up the Administration and Loan processing department. |

Amanda Pearson
– Loan Consultant Born and raised in Sydney's north-west, Amanda has a wealth of expereince in real estate and equipment finance locally and offshore (Asia, Europe and the United States of America).
Amanda has outstanding qualifications, namely;
- Diploma of Company Directors (Australian Institute of Company Directors)
- Master of Commerce (Advanced Specialisation in Accounting - Taxation)
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance and Systems)
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking)
Previous employers include the Chartered Accountants, Price Waterhouse, HongKongBank Group, Societe Generale and Macquarie Bank.
