City Mutual Home Loans was
established in 1999 by current director Greg Fisk. After beginning as an
organisation in Blacktown, City Mutual Home Loans made the move into the
Hawkesbury district in 2002, after identifying the need to provide the
Hawkesbury region with an alternative home loan service to that offered by banks
and brokers.
City Mutual Home Loans
provides a unique Home Loan service focused on identifying the customers’
current and future financial needs. From the application and establishment of
the loan, to the ongoing management of the customers account, City Mutual
strives to achieve total customer satisfaction for the entire life of the loan.
The essence of creating
this long term relationship between the customer and City Mutual founded the
name, logo and what eventually became the image of City Mutual. What became our
mission statement was the definition of the term
mutual:

our loan consultants at a time and a place to suit them. City Mutual has taken

As the founder of City
Mutual, Greg ensures that the customer receives the best possible service
from the initial loan enquiry through to the ongoing management of the
account.
Greg has been involved
in the finance industry for in excess of 27 years. His experience and
knowledge in the mortgage industry is second to none, having established and
managed many large financial institutions including Australian Credit
Corporation and Advance Bank. |

Stella has been an
integral part of City Mutual since day one. Having accumulated over 32 years of
experience in finance and customer service, Stella is able to assist our
customers with all of their queries and questions.
In her administrative
role, Stella has continually looked to increase City Mutual’s involvement within
the community having identified that the company’s success is largely due to the
support of the Hawkesbury. Through her community involvement, City Mutual has
been able to give back to the community through various charities and
organisations. |

Ryan Hutton - Sales Manager & Loan Consultant |

As sales manager
for City Mutual, Ryan brings his experience in account management, customer
service and finance to this role. Ryan ensures every City Mutual consultant is
kept up to date with the latest City Mutual products, ensuring their ability to
provide exceptional standards of loan assessment and credit analysis. With
this, Ryan and the City Mutual team are able to tailor every loan to suit each
individual customer.
Ryan
brings to City Mutual in excess of 10 years of experience in finance, management
and customer service. Since joining City Mutual in 2003, Ryan has also completed
his Bachelor of Economics. |

Karen has experience
in all aspects of lending including home loans, leasing and commercial hire
purchase. Having worked in the finance industry for over 25 years, her
experience and knowledge includes the role of bank manager for Colonial
State Bank.
As a loan consultant
for City Mutual, Karen brings an exceptional standard of loan assessment and
credit analysis to City Mutual. Her long standing and reputable relationship
with the Hawkesbury region has been an integral part of City Mutual’s

Joseph
brings to City Mutual experience in the finance industry and a vast
knowledge of I.T. With the continual technological changes present in the
finance industry, the experience Joseph brings ensures City Mutual remains
up to date and competitive in the processing and management of customers
accounts.
Joseph’s experience and knowledge in finance enables him to structure the
right loan to suit the customer, and his long relationship with the
